- It was a grounding issue preventing the crank sensor from getting a clean signal, pretty common in 5spd swaps.
- A remedy is to sand down the mating surfaces of the engine and trans before re-installation.
- This video was taken after my 5spd swap, with the original 3.0.
- When I put in the 3.5, the problems went away because I sanded the surfaces.
